Cindy sold a property for me in Lakeside, AZ and helped me buy a property in Pinetop Country Club. Cindy was very knowledgeable on both ends of the real estate spectrum. She went over and above what I could have ever hoped for in the effort she made to help the purchase go through with a very difficult seller and a non communicative listing agent. I highly recommend Cindy. She is the best agent I have ever worked with.

My boyfriend and I started thinking about buying a home in June of 2019, our lease was not up until March of 2020 so we had a while before we would be buying a home. We met Cindy at an open house close to the home we were renting. We told her about how we were interested in buying in 2020 and she let us know that she could start sending us homes on the MLS so we can start watching the market. Not once did she pressure us to go with her as our realtor. She sent us home listings every day and never once reached out to see if we were ready to buy sooner or if we were choosing her. My friends all recommended their realtors, but something felt right about going with Cindy so we ended up choosing her once it came time for us to buy. Cindy was amazing to work with, her schedule was very open and as soon as she knew the type of houses we were interested in she narrowed down our search criteria so that we would only see homes we were truly interested in! We were probably difficult buyers because this was our first home and we had MANY questions (practically daily), but she always answered them to the best of her knowledge or she would point us to the lender or another subject matter expert to make sure we would get the right answer. Once the home we knew we wanted appeared on the MLS, she got us in ASAP to view the home and recommended the best advice when it came down to making an offer since there was a lot of competition. Our first offer was outbid, but fate changed that when the previous buyers dropped out. Cindy let us know right away that our dream home was still available and that the sellers were giving us another chance to make an offer. We ended up under contract the second time around and Cindy and her lender made the whole process as easy as possible. We closed on our expected closing date and received the keys to our new home! If you are looking for a realtor that WILL NOT PRESSURE you to buy a home right away and is willing to work with you on what YOU want, Cindy is the right realtor to go with!

I purchased a 2nd home in the Phoenix area ( I live in a different state) I reached out to Cindy because she was a apart of a Facebook group I belonged to. Cindy literally held me hand throughout the entire home buying process. She recommended a amazing loan office, home inspector along with other referrals I needed to purchase my perfect home.
